Gavin Pieterse, the founder of Ideal & Digital, brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing and leadership, with a track record of driving success across multiple industries. Before founding Ideal & Digital, Gavin served as Senior Manager at Multiverse, one of Europe’s fastest-growing ed-tech unicorns. As Head of Programmes, he led the Digital Marketing, Software Engineering, Digital Business, and Functional Skills divisions, focusing on developing and building future-ready talent. With a holistic approach to talent development, Gavin equipped individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.

At Multiverse, Gavin’s leadership extended beyond strategy, he was responsible for recruiting, managing, and inspiring a high-performing team of 30+ professionals. His dedication to fostering environments where individuals thrive led to the development of top talent and exceptional results. His leadership philosophy is grounded in compassion, efficiency, innovation, and a commitment to problem-solving, believing that diverse perspectives and collaborative efforts are key to driving progress.

In addition to his leadership at Multiverse, Gavin’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through his e-commerce venture, where he grew a six-figure business in just six months, serving over 9,000 customers.
